Restoration Daily is opening applications for an executive council: a working group of restoration company owners built to compare real notes on the pressures specific to this industry, keeping adjusters and referral sources sending work consistently, retaining techs through physically demanding, unpredictable schedules, and figuring out which documentation and job-management tools actually speed up claims instead of adding another system to maintain.

Every owner managing a multi-day commercial loss, or trying to decide whether a new job-management platform is worth the switch, is largely solving this alone through trial and error. A council of owners comparing real, specific experience should reach better answers faster than any one company working it out independently.

This is a launch, not a filled roster. Nobody is a member today. Applications open now, reviewed by our editorial team, with direct follow-up to the owners we invite in. Members may be asked for a quote, a short interview, or a write-up in future coverage, credited to them and their business.

The bar to apply is real: a minimum of $1 million in annual revenue, since this is built for operators running an established restoration business. Beyond that, what matters most is a willingness to speak plainly about what's actually working on jobs and in the office. Apply through the council page if that's you.
